Bradley Corporation (Bradley) publishes installation manuals for its S19 emergency fixtures by series or by model. This page lists nine of them, for models we carry, shows what is on which page and explains how to match the number in our product title to the right document.
Which Bradley manual matches your model number
Bradley writes some numbers with a hyphen (S19-222B), some without (S19224B). The table covers only the manuals on this page.

Reading the letters after the series number
The S19224, S19214 and S19314 manuals list their pre-configured models in a Halo Pre-Configured Models table (page 5; pages 5-6 in S19314). A selection:

In the S19224 table all six models ending in PT include a p-trap. The same letter does not always mean the same thing: S19224Y is hand/foot operated, while the S19214 table lists S19214Y as an eye/face wash with a stainless steel bowl. Match the full number, not just the suffix.
Bradley's product pages for the S19224B, S19214B and S19314SB also give a former number, for example "Model S19224B, formerly Halo model number S192240A1ADAA00". Read with the configurator in the S19224 Series spec sheet (PDF), dated 9/29/2026, the characters after S19224 are: standard wall mount (0), yellow BradTect galvanized NPT pipe (A), chrome-plated brass stay-open valve (1), Halo eyewash (A), 304 stainless bowl, no dust cover (D), 304 stainless handle (A), tailpiece (A), no drench hose (0), no freeze or scald valve (0).
Bradley S19224 and S19-222 wall-mount eyewash and eye/face wash manuals

Page 4 lists a 1/2 inch NPT (BSPP) water supply inlet, a 1-1/4 inch NPT drain outlet on units that include one, and "30 PSI (2.0 bar) min/90 PSI (6.1 bar) max flow pressure".
The S19-222 (plastic bowl) and S19-222B (stainless steel bowl) have their own guides, 215-1939 (PDF) and 215-1940 (PDF), both Rev. A, dated 12/19/2022. English pages 2-4: pre-installation information, installation with supplies required, components and parts list. The eyewash bowl assembly there is S90-097 (S19-222) or S90-096 (S19-222B).

Each English section ends with an assembly drawing and a parts list that includes emergency tag 204-421 and safety sign 114-050; all three list a 1 inch NPT water supply inlet.
Halo swing-activated faucet eyewash: S19-500, S19-505, S19-510, S19-515

In the model table of Bradley's spec sheet for the series (PDF), dated 10/3/25, the last letter gives the faucet: W wristblade, T tempered, M mixed. A selection:

Pages 4-5 of guide 215-1910 Rev. E label the S19-500 and S19-510 short spout and the S19-505 and S19-515 tall spout, while page 6 labels the S19-510 tall spout and the spec sheet gives the S19-510 and S19-515 the 180 degree gooseneck. If the spout matters, confirm it with Bradley.
Testing, maintenance and code wording in the manuals
Bradley's own words (read the full safety pages before you install):
- S19224 and S19214 manuals: "The installation and location of all safety drench showers, eye and eye/face washes must comply with the requirements of ANSI/ISEA Z358.1."
- Same two manuals: "Weekly activation must be conducted on all plumbed emergency equipment to ensure a suitable flushing fluid supply is present and any sediment build-up in the supply line is cleared."
- S19314, drench shower and swing-activated faucet eyewash manuals: "Please refer to the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard on testing requirements." and "Installation of this system must be completed by a qualified plumber in compliance with all national and local codes."
