Bradley Corporation (Bradley) makes commercial washroom accessories: grab bars, mirrors, shelves, soap and towel dispensers and waste receptacles. This page explains the families and the words in our titles as Bradley's pages and data sheets define them, and how a size or option appears in the model number.
How Bradley groups its washroom accessories
Bradley's Washroom Accessories page lists families such as Grab Bars, Mirrors & Shelves, Soap & Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, Towel & Waste, Combination Units and Custodial. Bradley's Towel & Waste page also filters products by style - Standard, Contemporary, Diplomat and Elvari Series. Bradley describes Elvari as a complete suite of new washroom accessories with a cohesive look; Elvari model numbers include 2B1, 3B1, 6B1, 7B1, 7B2 and 8B1.
Surface mounted, recessed and semi-recessed
The data sheets for the 780 mirror and the 6562 soap dispenser say "Surface Mount: No rough wall opening, see overall dimensions." For recessed and semi-recessed models, the rough-in table of the Elvari 3B1 waste receptacle data sheet gives an opening 14-3/4 inches wide, 4 inches deep for recessed and 2 inches deep for semi-recessed.
Bradley grab bars: diameter, flanges and peened grip
Bradley's grab bar page names the 812, 832 and 852 series by diameter - 1-1/2, 1-1/4 and 1 inch - all with concealed mounting.
The 812 data sheet (dated 9/29/2026) gives 18-gauge stainless steel tubing in a satin finish, flanges of 3 inch diameter, 12-gauge stainless steel, and 14-gauge escutcheons that snap over the flanges to conceal the mounting screws. Configuration 001 is ordered by length ("Specify length desired"); over 54 inches it requires a center support and becomes 002. Our 8120-001360 is listed as a concealed 1-1/2 inch OD bar with configuration 1 and a length of 36 inches.
Bradley's 812 page mentions a Safety Grip option and lists Peened as an available finish. The 812 data sheet lists Peened Finish as suffix -2, and the data sheet for bariatric bar 8320-106360 lists Safety-grip finish as suffix -2; Bradley's page for that bar gives the safety grip version as 8322-106360.
Load ratings, in the words of the data sheets: "All 812 grab bars are rated to support up to 250 pounds." (812); "Select dimensions of configurations are 3rd party tested to support up to 1250 pounds." (8320-106360). Both add that the wall must be reinforced in the area of the grab bar.
The Elvari 8B1 grab bar is oval, 1-9/16 inches high by 1-3/64 inches wide, with "Flangeless, concealed mounting" on zinc alloy standoffs. Its ordering grid offers grip type 0 (satin) or 2 (peened), lengths of 18, 24, 36, 42 or 48 inches and hooks coded 96 (two per bar). The sheet lists 8B1-0011800 (18 inches, no hooks) and 8B1-0011896 (with hooks); our catalog lists the peened 18 inch bar as 8B1-2011800. The sheet says "8B1 series grab bars are rated to support up to 250 pounds."
Bradley mirrors: frame types and the size in the number
Bradley's Mirrors & Shelves page lists angle frame (780), channel frame (781), both with shelf (7805, 7815), frameless (747), type 304 stainless steel (748), fixed tilt (740) and adjustable tilt (782) mirrors.
Bradley's 780 page gives 780-016200 as 16 inches wide by 20 inches high. The data sheet linked there (dated 7/13/2026) writes standard sizes in a short form, such as 780-1836 for 18 x 36 inches, and says: "Always specify width first." and "Bradley mirrors are not field interchangeable from horizontal to vertical or vice versa." Our catalog lists the 18 x 36 size in the six-digit form: 780-018360, an angle frame mirror. On the 780 sheet, suffix -2 means 1/4 inch tempered glass instead of float glass (length or width must exceed 25 inches), and -4 highly polished No. 8 stainless steel instead of glass.
The Elvari 7B1 grid selects a series type - 0 frame, 10 frameless, 20 frame with shelf, 30 frameless with shelf - plus glass type, width and height; the sheet notes "Vertical mounting only". Its table lists 7B1-0018360 (frame, 18 x 36) and 7B1-2018360 (frame with shelf, 18 x 36).
Soap dispensers: tank type, capacity and foam
- 6481 - surface-mounted bulb dispenser with a translucent polyethylene globe and a pushup-type valve, 16 oz of liquid soap. Model 648 swivels 360 degrees for filling; 6481 has no swivel.
- 6562 - surface-mounted vertical tank with a push-in valve, 40 oz: 6562 for liquid soap, 6562-73 for foam soap.
- Elvari 6B1-11 - manual, surface mounted, 40 oz (1183 mL) of liquid soap/gel sanitizer or bulk foam soap. Its grid codes foam as 73 and the standard drip tray as T; the table lists 6B1-110073T as foam with drip tray and 6B1-110000T as liquid/gel with drip tray.
Towel dispensers, waste receptacles and shelves: Elvari codes

The 3B1 sheet captions 3B1-003600 as "Large Capacity, Recessed" and 3B1-103600 as "Large Capacity, Semi-Recessed"; capacities are 8, 12 and 18 gallons. Our title for 3B1-103600 shortens this to "Waste Rec- Semi-Rec, Large Cap. (D-Shape)"; the 3B1 sheet lists "D-shape design" as a key feature. The 2B1 sheet gives approximately 400, 500 and 800 folded paper towels for small, medium and large, lists 2B1-113600 among the surface-mounted models, and describes pill-shape construction for surface mount and D-shape for recessed mount.
The 7B2 shelf grid selects a depth of 5 or 8 inches and a length of 12, 18 or 24 inches; its table lists 7B2-0081800 as 8 inches deep, 18 inches long, without hooks. Top and back are 20-gauge, front and sides 18-gauge stainless steel.
The seven Elvari data sheets used here list satin stainless (SS) and five electrocoat finishes: brushed black (BB), brushed brass (BR), brushed bronze (BZ), brushed nickel (BN) and brushed stainless (BS). Bradley's electrocoat color covers the entire stainless steel part; the 7B1 sheet does not offer it on frameless mirrors, only on their shelves. Our catalog lists the 8 x 18 shelf in brushed black as 7B2-0081800-BB.
