Residential Essentials publishes two one-page PDFs for its six bath hardware collections: a dimension sheet and an installation sheet. This page summarizes both: the size of each piece and the parts listed for it.

Both files are linked under Product Dimensions on the Residential Essentials home page:

The bath page lists Bradford and Hamilton in five finishes (Aged Pewter, Black, Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel and Venetian Bronze) and the other four collections in three (Aged Pewter, Satin Nickel and Venetian Bronze).
Residential Essentials bath hardware dimensions
The dimension sheet has one block per collection, each with seven pieces except Hamilton: there, the field where the others show the Double 24" Towel Bar reads "Not Available". Sizes are printed as L x W x D in inches; the sheet does not define the letters. The L of each towel bar is longer than the size in its name, such as 20-7/8 for the Woodrich 18" Towel Bar. The tables below copy the sheet.

Bath hardware installation instructions
The home page links one instruction sheet for the bath hardware; its file name is "installation instructions for all". It names pieces, not collections, and marks each piece it covers with a two-digit code:

In item numbers such as 2103VB (robe hook) or 2486AP (towel ring), the two digits before the finish letters match these codes.
What the numbered steps cover
Each section has seven numbered steps. They cover the mounting plate (used as the template for marking the holes, then secured with the screws provided), the plastic anchors (step 3 gives the hole size), the rosette (a square on the bottom of the piece goes into the square in the center of the rosette) and the set screw, which is tightened with the allen wrench provided. Follow the steps as printed; this summary does not replace them.
The TIP for two-post pieces
For the pieces with two posts, the Standard Tissue and the 18" and 24" towel bars, the sheet prints a TIP on marking the holes with both posts on their mounting plates and the plunger or the bar between them, without the rosettes.
Parts drawing and contents list
The parts drawing marks both posts "Set screw should be on bottom" and shows the screws, anchors and allen wrench. The list "Contents of Bathroom Fixtures" gives these parts:
- Robe Hook (03), Euro Tissue (07) and Towel Ring (86): 1 mounting plate, 2 plastic anchors, 2 mounting screws, 1 rosette, and the hook, the assembled tissue arm or the assembled towel ring, each with setscrew
- Standard Tissue (08) and 18" or 24" Towel Bar (18 or 24): 2 mounting plates, 4 plastic anchors, 4 mounting screws, 2 rosettes, 2 posts (1 left and 1 right), and 1 plunger assembly or 1 towel bar
No section for the double towel bar
The sheet has no section and no contents list for the Double 24" Towel Bar, such as 2248BK (Bradford). The Residential Essentials home page links no other bath hardware instruction sheet.
Neither sheet gives a weight or load rating. Towel bars, towel rings and robe hooks are not grab bars.
