Richelieu Hardware lists installation instructions as PDF files on its product pages at richelieu.com. This guide shows how to get from a Richelieu product number on our store to the right document, what three of those instruction PDFs contain, and which knob and pull drilling templates and jigs we list.
How to find Richelieu installation instructions
- Take the Richelieu product number from our product page. On the pages we checked, it follows the word Richelieu in the product name, for example WEBKIT1219815 or RICTEMPDOOR. Our Part Number line shows the same code with RIC_ in front; leave that prefix out.
- Enter the number in the search box on richelieu.com. For the WEBKIT, RICTEMP and 808JIG numbers named on this page, the search opened the product page directly.
- Scroll to Related Documents. The files there are labeled by type; labels we saw include Instructions, Installation, Datasheet, Line art, Brochure and Manufacturing guide.
- If the number finds nothing, search by the product name. On October 11, 2026 WEBSO1248507 returned no result, while a search for 1532 series heavy duty pocket door listed the page of that series, which has an Instructions PDF.
The Richelieu pages for the three kits below carry a disclaimer about measures marked with an asterisk: "These are not the official measures." Take drilling and cutting dimensions from the PDF, not from the converted figures on the page.
WEBKIT kits and their manuals
Two of the Richelieu kits we list are Richelieu WEBKIT1219815 AVENTOS HK Top TIP-ON Kit and Richelieu WEBKIT1248550 HAWA JUNIOR 100Z System. On richelieu.com the same numbers are titled AVENTOS HK Top TIP-ON Kits and HAWA JUNIOR 100 Z System, and their manuals are the PDFs under Related Documents.
On the WEBKIT pages we checked, Richelieu's page has a section headed Included in this WEBKIT that lists the products in the set with their product numbers. For WEBKIT1219815 it lists the front fixing bracket 20S4200, the opening mechanism 22K2700T and the mechanism cover 22K800030, and the page names a TIP-ON unit as a required product.
What the instruction PDFs contain: three examples
Drawer system: OPTIMIZ-R
Our page: Richelieu WEBKIT1217059 OPTIMIZ-R 185mm Standard Drawer Set. Richelieu's page lists Instructions, Datasheet, Manufacturing guide and Brochure. The Instructions PDF is a two-page sheet titled OPTIMIZ-R Drawer (89/121/185mm Height); page 1 is marked Rev. 2021.01.12 and page 2 Rev. 2018.11.06.
- Page 1: the components (11 numbered parts), a table of drawer nominal length, internal drawer depth and minimum internal cabinet depth, drawer back and drawer bottom dimensions, installation dimensions, drawer front drilling and the slides hole pattern.
- Page 2: drawer assembly, drawer front adjustments (up/down, left/right, tilting) and disassembly.
Lift system: AVENTOS HK top
For the AVENTOS kit WEBKIT1219815 named above, Richelieu's page gives the brand as Blum and lists two files labeled Instructions and one Datasheet. The longer Instructions PDF is Blum's 13-page AVENTOS HK top document (MD-039/1ML, 01.18). Page 2 is a symbol index to planning, assembly, adjustment and removal, and pages 8 and 12 carry the warning "Lever could spring up and cause injury!"
Sliding door system: HAWA Junior 100 Z
For the HAWA kit WEBKIT1248550 named above, Richelieu's page lists Installation, Datasheet and three line art files. The Installation PDF is Hawa's planning and installation instructions for the Hawa Junior 80/100 Z: 8 pages, document 25705 c/10.2020. Its sections are product information, abbreviations and symbols, planning (suspension, ceiling mounting, wall mounting) and assembly (running track, suspension, door height adjustment, fixing and retention force adjustment). It states: "Metric measurements apply - those in inches are for information only."
Richelieu knob and pull drilling templates and jigs
Richelieu's pages for the three RICTEMP products below state that they are designed for a center to center of 3 in, 96 mm and 128 mm, and give the material as plastic. Our cabinet pull sizes guide explains center to center.

The three RICTEMP pages on richelieu.com have no instruction PDF; the steps of use are printed on the page itself. The 1934JIGPRO and 9125BASICJIG pages each list an Instructions PDF; CON35000 has a Technical data sheet.
Richelieu's one-page sheet for the OPTIMIZ-R drawer front marking jigs assigns 808JIG89 to 89 mm and 121 mm drawers and 808JIG185 to 185 mm drawers. The 655020 drilling jig for AVENTOS, TANDEM and MOVENTO is described by Richelieu as a tool for transferring, marking and drilling fixing positions for Blum fittings.
Richelieu PDFs stored on our site
The most viewed Richelieu files on our own site include older literature rather than current instruction sheets:
- AW14045 pull-out frontal shoe rack - a one-page assembly instruction. Our copy shows 37, 128 and 96 along the slide; the sheet now on richelieu.com shows 42, 160 and 32.
- DC-270 deep cut saw - original instructions, 32 pages in six languages, footer dated 2010.
- SAFE-O-TRONIC 100 PIN lock 6330084130 - a three-page product sheet with a technical drawing.
- Brochures: Smart Living (24 pages, 1st edition 05-2014), Outdoor Solutions (12 pages, 2nd edition 04-2014), Kitchen Essentials (8 pages, 06-2015; richelieu.com has a 06-2017 edition) and Sculpted Decorative Panels (12 pages, 1st edition 07-2012).
A search on richelieu.com for AW14045 or 6330084130 returned no product on October 11, 2026. Treat these files as reference copies; for a product you are installing today, use the document on Richelieu's page for that product number. Richelieu's HAWA page says: "Always use instructions provided by the manufacturer, as included with the product."
